Effective: June 1, 2026

Hangzhou SpaceModel Technology Co., Ltd. ("SpaceModel", "we", "us", or the "Company") attaches great importance to user privacy and personal information protection.

This privacy policy applies to the Perception Pro App, related websites, mobile applications, AI analysis services, membership services, recharge services, notification services, and other related products and services provided by us (collectively, the "Services").

Perception Pro is an AI cognitive decision app for individual users. It is designed to help users obtain more professional, balanced, objective, and actionable analysis and suggestions before key choices in life, work, consumption, and relationships. To provide the Services, we may collect, use, store, process, share, and protect relevant information in accordance with this policy.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, platforms, SDKs, plugins, or other related services that have independent privacy policies. Please read third-party privacy policies carefully before using those services.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we collect, use, share, or protect information. If material changes occur, we may notify you through in-app notices, pop-ups, site messages, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services means that you understand and accept the updated policy.

1. Information We Collect

You may browse or experience parts of the Services without providing some personal information. However, to register an account, use AI analysis, membership services, recharge services, personalized experiences, customer support, and security protection, we may collect the following information.

1.1 Information You Provide

When you register, log in, use, purchase, recharge, provide feedback, or contact us, we may collect information you actively provide, including account information, contact information, user input, AI interaction content, membership and recharge information, and customer service or feedback information.

Account information may include mobile phone number, email address, username, nickname, avatar, login credentials, account ID, and third-party account authorization information. Contact information may include name, phone number, email address, contact address, and other contact details you submit.

User input may include questions, descriptions, background information, decision scenarios, preferences, options, supplementary materials, text, images, files, or other content entered in the Perception Pro App. AI interaction content may include conversations with AI models, analysis results, suggestions, historical decision records, favorites, feedback, and related context.

Membership and recharge information may include membership tier, benefits, recharge records, credit balance, credit consumption records, bills, order numbers, payment status, invoices, and after-sales information. Sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers and payment passwords is generally processed by third-party payment institutions, and we usually do not directly collect or store complete payment account information.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device, log, and usage information, including device model, operating system version, device identifiers, app version, language settings, screen resolution, network type, device status, login time, access time, click records, page browsing records, feature usage records, crash logs, error logs, IP address, operation records, and service request records.

Usage behavior information may include features used, time spent, button clicks, page paths, service calls, AI model usage, token consumption, and credit deductions. Network and security information may include network status, abnormal login, risky operations, device environment, security events, anti-cheating, and risk control information.

1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, LocalStorage, SDK identifiers, or similar technologies on websites, H5 pages, or related services to remember login status and preferences, analyze service usage, optimize product experience, perform security verification and risk control, and improve service performance and stability.

You may manage, reject, or delete cookies through your browser or device settings, but some service features may not function properly as a result.

1.4 Third-Party SDKs or Services

To implement login, payment, statistics, push notifications, crash analysis, cloud services, AI model calls, security, and risk control, we may integrate third-party SDKs or services. These third-party services may collect device information, log information, network information, payment status, push identifiers, or other necessary information according to their functions. We use commercially reasonable efforts to select third-party services carefully and require them to comply with applicable privacy requirements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use your information mainly to provide, maintain, and optimize the Services, including account registration, login verification, AI Q&A, decision analysis, history records, membership benefits, recharge services, credit billing, content storage, and customer support.

Perception Pro generates analysis, suggestions, comparisons, risk alerts, and action plans based on your questions, background, options, and preferences. To ensure analysis quality, the system may process context, history, preferences, and feedback.

We may calculate input tokens, output tokens, model calls, and related credit consumption to complete billing, bill display, membership entitlement judgment, recharge deductions, and service settlement. We may also display credit balance, income and expense records, recharge records, membership status, order records, and daily bills in your account.

We may use user behavior data, feedback, logs, and AI interaction quality for statistical analysis to improve product functions, model performance, page experience, and service stability. We may also use information for customer service, security protection, risk control, service notifications, necessary marketing activities where permitted, and compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and dispute resolution needs.

3. Special Notes on AI Services

Because Perception Pro is an AI cognitive decision product, you may enter specific personal background, life plans, consumption plans, career information, relationship information, financial considerations, or other sensitive content. Please carefully judge whether such input is necessary.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive information such as ID numbers, passport numbers, bank card numbers, payment passwords, other people's personal information or privacy, trade secrets, confidential agreements, unpublished business data, complete sensitive materials for medical, legal, or investment matters, or any information you do not want processed or stored.

AI-generated analysis, suggestions, and conclusions are for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, investment, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You should make independent judgments based on your own circumstances and consult qualified professionals when necessary.

To provide AI analysis, we may use self-developed models, third-party large model APIs, cloud services, or other technical services. To complete your request, your input content, context, and related technical data may be transmitted to relevant service providers for processing. We use commercially reasonable efforts to require providers to process data only for technical service purposes and to take reasonable security measures.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share relevant information only with your explicit consent or authorization, when necessary to provide the Services, with affiliates within the purposes of this policy, for security, risk control, anti-fraud, and compliance review, according to lawful requests from authorities, or to protect legitimate rights and interests.

We do not proactively transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except with your explicit consent, in connection with mergers, divisions, acquisitions, asset transfers, bankruptcy liquidation, or similar transactions, or as otherwise required by law. We generally do not publicly disclose your personal information except with your explicit consent, as required by law or authorities, to protect major legitimate interests, or for necessary disclosure of violations, fraud, malicious attacks, or serious rule breaches.

5. Storage and Protection

We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless laws or regulations require or permit a longer retention period. After account cancellation, content deletion, or authorization withdrawal, we will delete, anonymize, or stop processing relevant personal information according to legal requirements, except where retention is required by law, needed for dispute resolution, legitimate rights protection, contract performance, regulatory cooperation, technical limitations, or where information has been anonymized.

We take reasonable security measures, including encrypted transmission, access control, log audits, security risk control, data backup, employee permission management, and third-party service security assessments. However, no internet environment is absolutely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures and notify you as required by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Managing Your Information

Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, you may access, correct, delete, or manage your personal information through service features or by contacting us. You may view account, membership, recharge, credit balance, bill, and certain historical information. You may correct inaccurate or incomplete information through app functions or by contacting us.

You may delete some history records, conversation content, favorites, or user-generated content. Some information may not be deleted immediately due to billing, security, compliance, or legal requirements. You may withdraw permissions through device system settings or app settings, including notification, photo library, and camera permissions. Withdrawal may affect related functions.

You may apply to cancel your account through in-app account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize relevant personal information according to legal requirements. Account cancellation may prevent you from continuing to use history records, membership benefits, credit balances, order records, and other account-related services. If we send marketing messages, you may unsubscribe according to the message instructions or disable related notifications in app settings.

7. Device Permissions

Perception Pro may request camera permission for taking images, uploading materials, identifying content, or improving AI analysis scenarios; photo library permission for uploading images or files or saving content; notification permission for service notices, bill reminders, membership reminders, security alerts, and system messages; network permission for connecting to servers, calling AI services, syncing data, loading content, and completing payments; and device information permission for account security, risk control, crash analysis, service optimization, and compatibility adaptation.

We will not call non-essential permissions without necessary authorization. You can manage permissions in device settings, but disabling permissions may affect normal use of some functions.

8. Minors

The Services are mainly intended for individual users with full civil capacity. If you are a minor, you should use the Services with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal information without guardian consent, we will delete the information or take other necessary measures as soon as possible. Guardians may contact us if they discover unauthorized use or provision of personal information by a minor.

9. Third-Party Links and Policies

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, advertisements, payment channels, AI services, plugins, or other third-party content. Such third parties may have independent privacy policies and processing rules. We cannot control how third parties collect, use, store, or protect your information and are not responsible for their privacy or security policies. Please read their privacy policies and terms before using third-party services.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers or devices may provide a Do Not Track feature. Because the industry has not formed a unified standard for recognizing and responding to such signals, we currently do not make special responses to Do Not Track signals. You can still manage cookies, notifications, permissions, and certain data processing preferences through browser settings, device permission settings, in-app settings, or by contacting us.

11. Cross-Border Transfer

In principle, we store and process your personal information within the People's Republic of China. In certain circumstances, information may be transferred overseas or processed by overseas service providers, such as when you actively use overseas services or cross-border functions, when we use overseas cloud services, AI model services, analytics, or technical services, when necessary to perform contracts, provide services, customer support, or security protection, or as otherwise permitted by law or authorized by you. We will take reasonable security measures in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy according to changes in product functions, laws and regulations, business models, technical services, or data processing methods. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy under this policy. For material changes, we may notify you through in-app pop-ups, site notices, email, announcements, or other reasonable means.

Material changes include major changes in the purpose, method, or type of personal information processing; major changes in recipients of sharing, transfer, or public disclosure; major changes in your rights and how to exercise them; changes in our contact method for personal information security; and major legal or regulatory changes.
