Position: Director of Operations

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Strategy and System Construction: Take full responsibility for building the operation system of the company’s B2B business, formulate and optimize the end-to-end operation process covering market leads, sales conversion, and customer success.

• System and Standard Formulation: Improve various management systems, performance appraisal standards, and team collaboration norms of the operation department to enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Business Growth Driving: Gain an in-depth understanding of our AI products and solutions, and work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to jointly drive business growth and increase market share.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performance operation team, and build a team culture characterized by excellent execution and innovation.

We Expect You to:

• Have 5+ years of practical experience in B2B enterprise services, digital intelligence consulting, or solution sales and operation.

• Have a strong interest and unique insights into the application of "AI + Artificial Intelligence" in business, and be eager to deepen your expertise in this field.

• Have successful experience in building an operation system from scratch (0 to 1) or scaling it up (1 to 10), and be good at establishing order amid rapid development.

• Possess excellent strategic planning, data analysis, and team leadership skills.

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and the ability to solve problems creatively amid challenges.
