Position: Senior Front-End Developer

Your Technical Battlefield & Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Implementation: Take charge of the front-end architecture design, development, and optimization of the company’s core AI product lines, and build modern web applications with high performance and maintainability.

2. Technical Decision-Making & Leadership: As a technical authority in the front-end field, you will select technology stacks for the team, formulate development standards, and lead key technical decisions.

3. AI-Enabled Development: Conduct in-depth exploration and practice of AI Coding, and be proficient in using AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to improve development efficiency, code quality, and expand the boundaries of innovation.

4. Pursuit of Ultimate Experience & Performance: Collaborate closely with product, design, and back-end teams to transform complex AI capabilities into intuitive, smooth, and stunning user interaction experiences.

We Expect You to Have:

Solid Technical Expertise:

• Master at least one mainstream front-end framework such as Vue.js, React, or Svelte, as well as its complete ecosystem (state management, routing, etc.), and understand its underlying design principles.

• Proficient in TypeScript and regard it as a powerful tool to improve code quality.

• Have a deep understanding of front-end engineering and be familiar with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Rollup.

• Experience in performance optimization, cross-end development (e.g., Electron/Tauri), or micro-frontend architecture is preferred.

AI-Related Competence:

• Have a strong interest and curiosity in the "AI +" field, deeply integrate AI Coding into daily development workflows, and be good at asking questions to AI and using AI to solve complex problems.

• Possess excellent technical learning and adaptation abilities, and can quickly transform emerging AI tools and technologies into productivity.

Mindset:

• Have product awareness and a sense of ownership, not content with passive execution, but proactively think about how to create business value through technology.

• Have excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to clearly explain technical solutions and lead the team forward.
