Position: Community Platform Operations Manager
Your Core Responsibilities:
Take full charge of the operation and growth of our AI community platform, and elevate the platform’s activity level, user retention rate, and commercial value to new heights.
System Construction: Lead the establishment of end-to-end operational processes for the platform, including user growth, content ecosystem, activity operations, and user conversion systems, to ensure the efficiency and standardization of operational work.
Business Support: Gain an in-depth understanding of our AI products and technologies, and provide solid operational strategy support and execution guarantees for the rapid development of the platform’s business.
Strategy-driven Work: Combine in-depth data analysis and regular user research to keenly identify user needs and market trends. Develop and implement long-term strategies for user growth, retention, and conversion through rapidly iterative experiments and innovative methods.
Result Accountability: Be responsible for key community operation indicators (such as user scale, activity level, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.), and continuously optimize operational strategies to achieve business goals.
We Expect You to:
Have 5+ years of operational experience in transaction-based or content community platforms, with a deep understanding of the operational mechanisms of platform economics.
Be full of curiosity and passion for "AI + Artificial Intelligence", and firmly believe that AI can reshape community experiences and value.
Possess excellent data analysis capabilities, able to identify problems from data, drive decision-making, and evaluate results.
