Perception Help and Support
If you encounter issues with your Perception account, AI conversations, privacy settings, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, or account deletion, you can contact the developer through this page.

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, time of occurrence, and relevant screenshots. We prioritize account access, purchase restoration, privacy deletion, and review-related issues.
You can request account deletion in the Perception App by going to Me - Settings - Delete Account. Account deletion removes server-side account data, saved decision reports, membership status, credit ledger, model usage records, and in-app purchase transaction records associated with the account.
To prevent accidental deletion, the app will ask you to confirm again before deletion is executed. After deletion is complete, you will be signed out of the current account.
Perception membership and credit benefits are completed through Apple in-app purchases. If benefits do not appear after purchase, open Me - Membership and Credits in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
If the issue remains after restoration, email your Apple purchase time, the last four digits of your app account phone number, and screenshots to support. Do not send your Apple ID password, SMS verification codes, or full payment information by email.
